This is an Agreement between You (in your capacity as “User”) and EBSC Technologies Private Limited (“EBSC”) governing the rules and regulations concerning access to information of Products and Services displayed through the BridgeBeyond Interface.

Users shall not deploy bots, spyware, robots, or spiders to misuse the website.
All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to EBSC.

Recruitment & Placement Specific Terms

Candidates must provide accurate and verifiable information.
Employers must provide accurate employment terms and compliance details.
EBSC acts solely as a facilitator of recruitment and mobility services.
EBSC does not guarantee visa approvals, work permits, or placement success.
Refund obligations are governed separately by service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

EBSC shall not bear responsibility for:

Access issues or inability to use services
Third-party conduct or content
Unauthorized access or data misuse

EBSC is committed to protecting user information but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized third-party attacks or breaches.

Users should notify EBSC immediately in the event of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise.

SECTION 13

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

SECTION 14

Arbitration

Disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussions.

If unresolved within 90 days, arbitration proceedings may be initiated in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
